All of our egg layers are pastured-raised. That means they spend thir days in the sunshine moving, pecking, and hunting bugs in the grass, as birds were meant to do. A diet rich in pasture grasses, insects, and local grains yields bright yellow/orange yolks that are more nutritious. Duck eggs are great for baking as they tend to create a fluffier texture in baked goods.
